Ready-stock materials dispatch within 2–3 working days, while customized or bulk orders typically take 7–10 working days.

Yes, we export to 25+ countries under CIF, FOB, and DDP shipping terms, along with complete export documentation and certifications.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQs vary by product category: small sample orders are accepted, while OEM and project supplies follow bulk volume slabs.

What payment modes do you accept?

We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and wire transfers. Credit terms are available for approved partners and institutional buyers.

What is your return or replacement policy?

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly supplied materials, verified within seven working days of delivery.

Do you provide installation services?

We have registered vendors across India who handle installations independently. They are not part of MMTPL but have executed several renowned acoustic projects.
