What information is needed for an accurate quote?

The room dimensions including ceiling height, what the space is used for, where the noise is coming from and where it needs to be quieter, and any NRC, STC or fire figure the specification names. Without the target and the path, a quote is a price for material rather than a solution.

How quickly will I get a response?

Typically within one business day, with material recommendations and pricing rather than a bare rate card.

Will I be told what I actually need, or just sold products?

Do you quote for supply only, or supply and install?
