What you actually get from us

    Send the assembly. PET felt from 5 to 24 mm and 1400 to 3600 GSM, mass loaded vinyl by thickness, wood wool, timber, fabric and fabrication to size.

  • Data you can cite

    Absorption reports from ARAI, fire and ASTM E84 from SGS, STC reports per membrane thickness, OEKO-TEX certification. Published openly, stating the sample and thickness tested.

  • Testing arranged when you need it

    If a project calls for a report we do not hold, we will have the material tested by a third-party lab at added cost, in about 30 days.

  • Single-number data, honestly labelled

    We publish NRC and STC. Frequency-band interpretation, room modelling and reverberation targets sit in your scope and we will not claim to do them.

  • Systems proposed against a requirement

    Give us the target and the construction and we will propose a build-up from our range to meet it, with the reasoning visible rather than hidden behind a product name.

  • Samples for client sign-off

    Paid sample sets and mock-up panels, with the sample cost redeemed against the order.

  • Capacity that holds a specification

    30,000 PET panels, 20,000 m² of MLV and 20,000 fire-rated foam sheets a month, so a specified system stays available through a long programme.

Does MMTPL compete with acoustic consultants?

No. We do not sell consultancy, carry out site measurement or produce acoustic designs. We manufacture and supply against your specification, which means your fee and your scope are not at risk in the conversation.

What test data is published, and to what standards?

Absorption to ASTM C423 and EN ISO 354 through ARAI, fire performance and ASTM E84 surface burning through SGS, STC reports per mass loaded vinyl thickness, plus OEKO-TEX certification. Each report states the sample and thickness tested.

Can a report be produced for an assembly you do not already hold data for?

Yes. Third-party testing is arranged on request at added cost, with a typical turnaround of about 30 days.

Do you publish frequency-band data?

We publish NRC and STC. Band-by-band interpretation, room modelling and reverberation targets sit with the consultant, and we will not present single-number data as if it answered those questions.

Can material be manufactured to a specified density, thickness or facing?

Yes. PET felt from 5 to 24 mm and 1400 to 3600 GSM, mass loaded vinyl by thickness, wood wool, timber and fabric, fabricated to size. Custom colour needs volume and imported pigment, so lead time depends on that supply.

Is capacity sufficient for a long specification?

Monthly output runs 30,000 PET panels, 20,000 m2 of mass loaded vinyl, 20,000 fire-rated foam sheets, 10,000 CNC-profiled foam sheets, 8,000 m2 of timber slats and 4,000 wood wool panels, from the plant at Palwal, Haryana.
