What you actually get from us

  • White label without the friction

    Your brand, your artwork, our production and packaging. We run it as a standing system rather than a favour, because it is already part of how the plant works.

  • MOQ that depends on what you need

    Minimums differ by SKU. For an item we already run, we can support lower quantities. A genuinely custom product needs volume to justify the setup.

  • Tooling and custom profiles

    25 to 40 days for tooling. Ownership depends on the part and the product, and on whether it can be made in India or has to be imported. We settle that in writing before anything is cut.

  • Capacity, stated plainly

    Roughly 10 containers a month of OEM and white-label output, on top of line capacities of 30,000 PET panels, 20,000 m² of MLV and 20,000 fire-rated foam sheets a month.

  • First article before volume

    Mock-ups and first-article samples on a paid basis, with the cost redeemed against the order, so the first container is not the first time you see the product.

  • Documentation for your market

    ARAI and third-party absorption reports, SGS fire and ASTM E84, OEKO-TEX and MSDS, with additional third-party testing arranged at cost in about 30 days.
