What you actually get from us

  • Work from a target or from a spec

    Tell us the reduction you need and where the noise comes from and we will propose a system from our range. Hand us a written specification and we will supply against it exactly.

  • Built for the environment

    Densities, thicknesses and facings chosen for the plant, not for a showroom. Foam, mass loaded vinyl, bass absorbers, wood wool and composite build-ups.

  • Fabrication to size

    Cut, profiled and finished to your drawings, including grommets, facings and jacketing requirements handled at the plant.

  • Fire and safety documentation

    Fire reports from SGS, ASTM E84 surface burning, fire-rated foam and adhesive safety data sheets for your site file.

  • Capacity for a rollout

    20,000 fire-rated foam sheets, 20,000 m² of mass loaded vinyl and 10,000 CNC-profiled foam sheets a month, plus roughly 10 containers a month of OEM output.

  • Repeatable supply

    Batch traceability by density and specification, so the material on the second phase matches the material on the first.

  • Honest about the limits

    We do not carry out site surveys, on-site measurement, enclosure design or maintenance contracts. Where those are needed we introduce consultants and installers who do.

Can you work from a target noise reduction?

Yes. Tell us the reduction you need and where the noise comes from and we will propose a system from our range. We also supply exactly to a written specification where one already exists. Verification on site remains with your consultant.

Do you carry out site surveys or noise measurement?

No. We manufacture and supply, and do not offer site surveys, on-site measurement, enclosure design or maintenance contracts. We can introduce consultants and installers who do, contracted directly by you.

Can material be fabricated for plant conditions?

Yes. Densities, thicknesses, facings and sizes are made to the requirement, including cut-to-size, jacketing and facing work at the plant.

What fire documentation is available?

Fire performance reports from SGS, ASTM E84 surface burning, fire-rated foam test reports and adhesive safety data sheets, all downloadable for your site file.

Is there capacity for a multi-phase rollout?

Monthly output includes 20,000 fire-rated foam sheets, 20,000 m2 of mass loaded vinyl and 10,000 CNC-profiled foam sheets, plus roughly 10 containers a month of OEM output. Batch traceability by density and specification keeps later phases matched to the first.

How long does supply take?
